How to Use Glacier Silt Treatment:
Exfoliation & Detoxification
Glacier Silt is a natural exfoliator for all skin types. It is extremely gentle and can even be used on infants’ skin. Used as a masque, it pulls toxins from the skin. It can be used as a leave on masque before, during or after steaming. Apply evenly and thick enough to cover entire face and neck. Allow to remain on skin for at least five minutes - preferably as long as possible (15-60 minutes). If used at home, Glacier Silt Treatment can be left on for an hour. Soften with Foaming Cleanser and remove with warm water and sponges or cotton pads. Gently pat dry.

Pain Management for Joints and Muscles
Glacier Silt Treatment can be applied topically anywhere on body. Apply thin layer and massage into skin. It will immediately penetrate and should be left on skin.
