Orders shipped out are shipped thru the USPS carrier parcel post insured, express or first class. We do not use any other shipping method ACCEPT if you have an account set up with another. In that case, we need to verify your account before using it. Please give us all shipping instructions at time of order. We add on delivery confirmation.
Orders must be pre-paid by credit card with Paypal as an exception. We also take money orders and checks. Please allow for checks to be cleared.
There is a $50.00 minimum order with wholesale customer paying for freight. Orders over $250 have free shipping. If there are backorders, we will give you a call to let you know when they arrive in. We can ship them out without adding shipping fees if you meet half of the ship free requirement ($125.00), otherwise a small shipping fee will apply.
Refunds are given if product is defective, so that is why we check vigorously before shipping to make sure product is in good shape. To guarantee your selection, we advise that you obtain samples of colors and even try a full size of the nail product before ordering large quantities. Refunds are also given if you are returning unused items within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. If any later, we can not guarantee you that we will accept them due to wear on shelf or handling. If a return is necessary, send the package and letter regarding your consented return and problem thru U.S. Postal Service STANDARD MAIL to the address indicated on your invoice (130 Penn Avenue, Salem, OH 44460 - to Natural Solutions, ATTN: Jennifer). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in most cases, but that is determined when you get your consent from customer service. No exchanges or returns will be made without consent first. Please make a note of that.
Testers are not provided free unless you are purchasing a display. Wholesale customers must purchase refill testers when needed at a reduced rate. Testers are non-returnable.
At times, we will make a mistake on an order. We try our best to avoid such mishaps, but we are so sorry when they occur. Please call us immediately within the week of receiving your order. We will determine if or if not, you will need to ship back the product mistake. If an item is to be reshipped to us, we will pay for the shipping of that item, and at times, we will send a packet with label. We do not have pre-paid packets to ship to you however. We are still a rather small company and do not have that service yet.
