Orders must be pre-paid by credit card with Paypal as an exception. We also take money orders and checks. Please allow for checks to be cleared.
There is a $50.00 minimum order with wholesale customer paying for freight on the following brands (Honeybee Gardens, TCCD (Naturally Fresh), Beauty Wise Cosmetics and Eliz Products.
Orders shipped out are shipped thru the USPS carrier global express insured. We do not use any other shipping method. This allows for tracking. We do not take responsibility for custom fees or country taxes. International Customers pay shipping fees.
Orders are shipped out complete, so in case there is a backorder, wholesale customers must let us know if they would want to have us hold it until all items arrive, or ship what is available and have the customer order again later.
Refunds are given if product is defective, so that is why we check vigorously before shipping to make sure product is in good shape. To guarantee your selection, we advise that you obtain samples of colors and even try a full size of the nail product before ordering large quantities. Testers are not provided free unless you are purchasing a display. Wholesale customers must purchase refill testers when needed at a reduced rate. Testers are non-returnable.
